Planning on getting a graphics card

Alright my current system is a I3 2120 planning to upgrade it to a i7 2500 eventually. Right now have a 5670 ATI Sapphire and I'm looking at a 580gtx, I have a 600B Evga Bronze powersupply was wondering if I should look for another card or what. I'm trying to keep around at the 75 or less thanks

I would look at a 1030 if your budget is under $75. A gtx 1030 cost around $70. If it were me though, I would spend a little bit more and get a 1050 for around $100. But the 1030 can game on today's titles albeit lower settings.

A GTX580 will outperform a GT1030 in most circumstances, though at the expense of much much higher power consumption.

If you can wrangle your way into a GTX970 or even an old GTX680/GTX770 you would be better off.

as much as id like to thats not in budget lol preparing to redo front end on my truck, little brother needs a graphics card for his pc so told him id sell the 5670 to him for 25 (he plays a very basic 2d game called conquer online) anyways whats yalls thoughts on the R7 360?

More or less an entry level card. Again the GTX580 would be faster.

I'm seeing GTX960 out there for around $75 on ebay. Even a few 970 still at low bids. but they'll go higher.

Also try your hand at some of the local Tom's classifieds or reddit.com/r/hardwareswap

State your price and say looking for GPU.
