[SOLVED] Planning on upgrading my first PC build :) Really need help!

Hello everyone! after 3 years I decided to upgrade my first build. I'm quite lost as to which parts to upgrade/change My current budget is somewhere around 1000-1100$. I use my PC for pretty sizable illustration/drawing in Photoshop and Gaming I attached all my current components, Imgur link to photos from inside the PC, and benchmarks. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Graphics: GTX 1080 8GB
Case: Spec01 Corsair carbide MIDI
SSD: 250gb EVO SAMSUNG 960 (used 100% for the system, I have a separate 500gb SSD for Games)
HDD : 2TB ST2000DM006 SEGATE BARRACUDA (For Photoshop files, etc.)
Ram: DDR4 16GB LPX 2400MHz COSAIR VENGANCE
Processor: 17-7700k 4.2GHz 1151
Motherboard: MSI Gaming M3 z270 DDR4 s1151
Ventilation: CPU BK009 PURE ROCK Be Quiet!

I also have 2x 27 inch monitors
MG279Q ASUS 144hz
IIyama PL2792Q 60hz
And one 43 inch 4k monitor I only use when playing Games: LG 43UD79-B

I would upgrade the cpu starting off. an Intel Core I7-9700K Coffee Lake 8-Core 3.6 Ghz (4.9 Ghz Turbo) should be a good upgrade from your i7-7700k. upgrading to 32gb ram would also be beneficial. G.SKILL RIPJAWS V series is good. The graphics card is pretty good, but if you want to upgrade that as well, the 2070 or 2080 super are great options.

Haha, I apologize I copied all components from my receipt from 3 years ago, and apparently, I either overclocked my processor or bought additional RAM.

Does it change any of the components you recommended? because from what I checked, they are very good picks and easily available in Europe, so the shipping would not be an issue

yep, no need for a ram upgrade. 32gb is a ton. Go straight for the i7-9700k and the 2080 super.

i dont know exactly about the prices but u should be able to snag the 2080s for less than $1000 and the CPU for around $300
