Planning on upgrading my GPU, need advice for compatibility.

I plan on getting the HD 7770 2GB G/DDR5, as far as my understanding goes, it's the highest that can fit on my mobo.
My current specs are:

HDD: Maxtor - 6V250FO 250 GB (I have a newer Seagate 500 GB but i'm scared of switching because my pc won't boot and starts making a weird clicking noise when i do)
GPU: AFOX GT 440 2GB DDR3
CPU: i5 2400k @3.10 GHz
Memory: Kingston 2 GB DDR3 1333 MHz
Now, my question is will my PSU handle it, after some researching i figured it was a generic one, here's a picture:

Also, if you recognize that my mobo can handle a stronger GPU, please let me know.
My main goal is to play DOTA 2 on max settings @ 1920x1080 with 60 fps minimum.

with that power supply you can throw a GTX 760 in there, which can play a very large number at games at max settings
but you wont have enough to overclock

Can you tell for sure if the GTX 760 will fit on my motherboard?

HD 7750 is enough for 60 fps. imho you should get a new PSU.

Alright, i will definitely replace my PSU, just one more question: Will i need more than 430W if i plan to upgrade my RAM to 4 GB ?

no, RAM almost makes no difference to power usage. but do you really need to replace your psu with a lower wattage one?

430w is ok. and upgrade for 4gb is indeed a good idea.

IMO just keep you power supply, and get the HD 7770. just to make sure that you can have some overhead if Dota ups their graphics
