planning to buy a new gaming laptop

i am planning to buy a new gaming laptop in india i will give two laptop model just which one is better for games performance one dell Inspiron 5548 intel core i7 , Processor Speed: 2.40 GHz, 8 GB DDR3L,1 TB. 5400 RPM + 8GB SSD (SSHD),AMD Radeon R9 M270 (4GB GDDR3), and second is HP Pavilion Notebook 15-p226ne Blue , Processor/ Clock Speed (GHz/MHz) Intel Core i7-5500U 2.4 GHz, 4 MB cache, 2 cores, Memory (RAM) 16GB, Hard Disk (Capacity) 1TB, Graphics Card NVIDIA GeForce 840M

please advice me which laptop should buy any of these two model which mention above.

Both options are pretty bad for gaming.

Although, Dell with AMD r9 m270 will be better for *gaming*.
