Planning to play and stream Blade and Soul

IM planning to stream blade and soul at 60 fps... I have no idea what to buy and my budget is 300.

My build is AMD FX 4300
GTX 660
and MOBO WITH 760g chipset
ALSO A LEPA WATERCOOLER.

was planning to upgrade to i5, but too expensive and dont know what mobo to buy.
