planning to upgrade cpu from lga 1150 to 1151

I'm planing to upgrade my PC from an h81 mobo and i5 4460 with 1x8gb ram to these parts (https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Gy2jGG), my current gpu is 750ti, but im upgrading that to a 1060 6gb windforce (which I've already bought but not yet setup). So I just wanted to know if these part are any good from the ones i have, and will i be able to see a difference in performance?(if any parts can be exchanged with a cheaper one with no effect, or a noticeable difference, or even a tiny bit of downgrade i would appreciate to know since I'm on a tight budget)
PS: this is a future plan, i would say a good 5-6 years from now

Well....your processor speed will about double, and your video will even go up more than that....so you should see a nice improvement on games.

Also, with that setup you should be able to play any game out there on 1080p max settings.

Do you ever plan to overclock? If not just drop the K series to a regular i5 8600 or even an 8400, that would save you a pretty good amount of money.

overclocking, yes, eventually when I can land myself a steady job, I'm still 16 and the place i live in does not allow teenagers to work, so yes i want to be able to OC.

The 1060 along side the i5 8600k, is it a noticeable change compared to when its paired with an i5 4460 because i can run most games (that came out this year) on ultra with slight dips to 50fps.

Since you plan on overclocking eventually, then you'll need a Z370 motherboard. You can't overclock on a B series mobo with Intel.

Ok then, I'll just get a non k cpu for the same price or a little over(do you recommend I go i7 non k or i5 non k) since i dont plan to upgrade from that point onward until most games become unplayable ( to me thats 1080p or whatever the common resolution is in the future with setting on medium-low without stableish 60fps) but I will upgrade the ram to around 24gb.

If you plan on not upgrading this system, then I would go with the i7 because it will be viable for longer than the i5 would be.
