Planning To Upgrade My GTX 1060 3GB Need some advise

I have a GTX 1060 3GB, i'm planning to upgrade it to RTX 2060, is it worth to buy it? My rigs have a 60Hz IPS Panel Monitor with 1080p resolution, should i buy a higher-end used card of the same gen, or should i wait for later time till the price go down or the new series come out?

Mobo Asrock b250M pro4
Intel Core i5 7400
Ram 4x4GB dual channel @2400Mhz
HDD 2x1TB

Worth is something only YOU can determine.

What I think you are asking is how much benefit will I get from a stronger card.
Here is a simpleminded test:
Run YOUR games, but lower your resolution and eye candy.
If your FPS increases, it indicates that your cpu is strong enough to drive a better graphics configuration.
If your FPS stays the same, you are likely more cpu limited.

You will get fair value on new graphics cards at anything except the very top.
Probably the same for used. The used bargains come from users like you and me who are upgrading and do not need to make a profit on the sale.
To get an idea, go to ebay and look for a card in used condition.
Filter on completed auctions.
In green you will see what the card actually sold for.
