planning to upgrade

hello

I am planing to upgrade my 2gb ddr-2 ram to 4gb ddr3-1333 ram.
My motherboard is gigabyte ga g41m combo and it has ddr2-1066 and ddr3-1333 oc written on it.

So my question is will this work on my pc?
If not what is the way to increase my ram?

Can you link to the ram? Some ram requires an overclock to reach the speed stated.
