plantronics mic doesnt work on win10

i have plantronics gamecom 780 headset i managed to make the 7.1 system work, unfortunately the microphone doesnt work.
Does anyone have the right solution?

PS: my motherboard is ASUS P7H55/USB3

one bit of advice is to use the USB 2 slots http://www.tomsguide.com/answers/id-2706560/plantronics-gamecom-780-microphone-issues.html

it seems a common problem with this device, there are a few toms questions asking same thing, no one easy fix though. Well, apart from use different headset.

i have tried all slots didnt work unfortunately
