Plasma touch screens

Are plasma touch screens worth the extra cost? What do you get that's better
than a CRT or LCD touch screen?

There are plasma screen with touch, there are LCDs with touch, and
there are CRTs with touch; in each of these, the question of the
touchscreen and its technology is completely separate from the
underlying display technology. So I'm not really sure how to
respond to the above...
