I broke the plastic lever on my motherboard while trying to remove my graphic card to change it. Now, I'm too scared to do anything. Will a technician would be able to install my graphic card without replacing my motherboard? Do I need to change my motherboard and how can I change my graphic card without the lever ?

You got it, there is no need to buy a new motherboard.

The pci-e card slot on the motherboard will work fine what ever pci-e graphics card is put into it.
It will just mean you will have to be careful if you knock the system, or if you transport it in a card or something to take it somewhere else for use.

If you did it would just mean you would have to check if the back edge of the card was seated flush in the card slot before you powered it up again if transported via a car ect.
If the lever has broken off where locks the back of the circuit board of the graphics card.

It will not do any damage to the actual slot of the board.

All it means is the back edge of the card will not be locked down preventing the back edge of the card from lifting out of the PCI-E graphics card slot of your otherboard.

Providing you do not bang the system around any graphics card you fit into the PCI-E card slot will still work fine.

I have seen numerous people snap the locking tabs off the back of the PCI-E slot. it in no way effects operation of a Pci-e graphics card fitted to the slot.

Thank you for your answers, the lever is the only think broken so I'm going to see a technician that will be able to change my graphic card (and from the answers that I got, I should not need a new motherboard). Is that it or I missed something? Also, does any technicians have the tools to unlock my graphic card without the lever, because I'm in a small city in Canada and Im worrying about that. Thank you all
