Which counter strike are you talking about?

i believe for 1.6 and source if you and all other players are on the same LAN you should be able to see them in the LAN server list if you have a server hosted as local. if it still does not show, sometimes i may not come up either you have some firewall running on the hosting server, but sometimes you can connect manually by IP address
