play game Far cry 4

i have a processor of intel core 2 duo E7400 2.8ghz, 4gb ddr2 ram and a gphx card of ATI RADEON HD 5450, mobo gigabyte G41 combo, can i play far cry 4 any how . i know there system requirement is high than my old one.

no you cant. It doesnt run on a duel core and even if you could get it to work it would run really badly.
