Question play game on monitor 1 with dsr and watch youtube/twitch on 2nd

I have this issue that when I am playing a game on 1st monitor and watching something one 2nd monitor and I decide to use a higher resolution on the game. it automatically moves the video I am watching to behind the game on monitor 1. Does anyone know how to get around this or do I just have to game at my native resolution if I want to watch something at the same time?

I use the cell phone to watch youtube videos if I have to do some process that is cpu demanding. Works for me.
