Iam going to Install SAPPHIRE R7 250 1GB GDDR5 LOW PROFILE I want to know in which settings I can play gta 4,5 ane battlefield 4 my screen resolution 1368x768

It also depends on your CPU and RAM.

As for the card itself, you can probably run them on low-medium, depends on how the games are optimized. As for GTA IV, it's not that great of an optimization, BF4 has its lows, but general quality of the game and its optimization is good (probs around 45-50 fps on low with your card, depends of the CPU as well) and for GTA V, well, the game isn't out yet so only time can tell.. Beware, though, playing games DO NOT only require a good GPU but also a CPU as well.
