Play itunes (or WMP) through iphone?

I want to know if there is an app, or program that lets me play my speakers through iphone. I think, at some point, I did have that functionallity on an older iTunes, something like remoteplay speakers or soemthing, but I cannot find out how to activate it. I simply want to use my iphone as sort of a speaker, and it is conneted to a large speaker system that is across the room.

Basically, I want like a reverse of what Remote does, where I can control itunes using my iphone... I want to be able to control my iPhone music app through my laptop, if that's possible.

I don't believe there's any app of that sort. There may be some bluetooth trick but I can't say if there is or not.
