Play ps3 with mouse and keyboard without adapter

Basically, i want to hook up my ps3 bluray disc player to my pc, along with the hdd (which i may not need) my question is, in theory, can i use my ps3 disc player and windows hdd or ps3 hdd to play a game, BO2 for instance, with a keyboard and mouse. I really don't want to fry my mobo, etc, so i would appreciate help. Also, could i use an emulator (if there is one) to play my bo2 disc using the ps3 disc player on my windows pc. Only reason i ask is because my friends and i play on ps3 and bo2 together for the lols, and i want to not have to transition back to pc games each time. My thumbs really feel the burn. JK.
