Question Played with memory frequency now monitors won’t display.

Ryzen 7 3800x
Asus strix x570-f
G. Skill trident z Rgb 3600

I have seen the other posts similar to my issue but nothing working for me.

So I used user benchmark and ram was underperforming the latency was 84ns. That was Irritating me so I did research and saw how to change the latency in the bios, I saved the settings rebooted. Only fans and lights turned on though fans were real quiet. Now 4 hours later panicking, freaking out I unplugged the psu, pull the cmos, held the power button down, and after multiple tries of failing, I jumped the CLRTC. Everything seemed to have reset except monitors still won’t display. I did this build a month ago all new parts. Please help

CLRTC jumper is correctly seated back after the reset?

Are the GPU power and 8pin ATX power connectors plugged in ?

Use the flashback feature of your motherboard

Thanks for the quick reply. I did all that. Seems I just figured it out after a little sleep. My gpu is connected through an extended pcie cable for vertical mount and the cable wasn’t properly seated.
