Player doesn't use computer in internet cafe in GTA IV

Hi Friends!
In GTA IV the player desn't use computer in internet cafe. I'm stuck at this point, almost at the earlier missions. I don't know how to deal with it, please help me.

Are you using a Controller? Or keyboard?

If keyboard, stand right infront of it, and hit F, Or E, if that does not work, try walking out of the building, around the building, and go back in. If that doesnt work, Try reloading your save....
