players not training well

how do you get players motivated? laurent robert for newcastle has been
getting negative reports from coach in training all his stats are red,
severely red

i have disiplined him for unprofessional but he gets pissed

is there a way to boost his efforts in training or is he just a lazy arse
hole?

Have you create your own training-scheme ?

Create one, and make sure the training has several different elements.
Not too hard, combine technic and other elements

maybe you should consider creating an extra scheme for some players to keep
them happy.

make sure they all get enough rest.
I also swap betwenn different trainings everey 2-3 months go get more
variety.
if my fixture list is busy I give players more resting.

yeah i figured it might be that
