Player's Unknown Battle Ground graphic issue ?

okay I will make this simple, yes I have updated my drivers, yes I have removed them with DDu and downloaded/reinstall a new version of my video drivers, I have removed the games reinstalled it, check file integrity, and yes I have this issue which is odd. anyone else get this;
if I go to First player mode and I am near an object (say looking over a rock, instead of getting the rock blocking my view I get this.,

I get this 90% of time when I press "V" anyone else seen this. and yes I have posted it to the PUBG developer forum, but they seem to ignore peoples posts right now.

Hardware list can be seen to the right (My Primary System) but basically GTX 970 is the video card

update, I uninstalled/reinstalled the game, re-did DDU with older version of drivers, and I am still at the same place, games runs fine, but if I press "V" or try to go to FPS near a rock or something solid I get what you see on the image above...

Really cannot think I am the ONLY persona that Ever experience this before.
Even PUBG forum isn't answer this question and the developers are supposed to monitor it.

any idea from anyone appreciated.
