players unkown battlegrounds wont startup

really annoying as this has been happening for weeks on end now, sometimes or some days it will load up but then it wont?
this is what happens:

Tried it, also tried repairing the vc_redist.x64 2015 and 2013

Have you tried the .exe as 'Run as administrator', right click the .exe and you will see it at the top of the menu that pulls up.

I had a similar issue with Killing Floor 2.

I can launch the game but stays in loading screen
