Playing 2 games on a monitor each?

Ok got a quick question.
Basically I have a duel monitor setup. My daughter likes playing farming simulator using an Xbox 360 controller, I was wondering if were possible for me to play another game on the 2nd monitor without me pressing/clicking the mouse etc affecting her game on the other monitor.

No, whatever application is getting used by the mouse will be given priority so she would continue to lose control.
