Playing a sound effect so others can hear it in-game

I have the Akai MPD218 drum pad (that I would like to use as a soundboard) and I was wondering if there was any way to play sound from it through my mic. I want to be able to press a button on it and have the sound play through a game or through discord/teamspeak. The only way I know that works prevents me from being able to talk. So to summarize, I want to be able to play a sound effect so others can hear it while still being able to talk in game and through discord. Also, I've seen twitch streams where people use a soundboard in a similar way. So I know it's possible, I just don't know how to do it. Thank you for your help. In software, you'd need to create a virtual sound adapter, but I've found that creates a good 1-2 second of latency between reality and teamspeak.

The best way to do it would be to get any physical audio device that can bridge two microphone streams into one.

Use a USB->3.5mm jack adapter and plug it into the microphone connector (you can use a splitter to connect both devices).

Unfortunately, that's not really an option. I don't have a usb mic. I have the Audio Technica at2035, which goes into an audio interface (Line 6 Ux2). Sorry, I probably should have mentioned that earlier.
