Question Playing certain games shuts off the internet for everyone in my house ?

A while ago, I had a problem where playing certain games for around 5 minutes would kill the internet for me and everyone else who is connected for about 2-3 minutes. I never tried to fix this issue, since they were single-player games, so I would just disconnect my internet and play them offline. However, I have recently gotten this problem again when playing Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. It usually happens right before I get into a game, but has happened in the middle of a game as well. Every time it happens, I hear a distinct clicking noise coming from inside my computer right before it happens.

This problem was also a problem with my previous computer, but I upgraded everything except the power supply, which makes me believe it could be the problem but I would like to know for sure.

I think I made the parts list public now. It is a fresh OS install, and I have had the problem with games on Steam and Battle.net, but most recently on Battle.net.
