playing forza on pc chatting to friends

hi all

currently play forza on pc with friends that have it on xbox, but when we chat and i plug my xbox headset into my xbox one controller it routes both game audio and chat audio through it, is there any way to keep chat through headset and game audio through tv ? have looked through xbox setting app and cant find anything, i know on xbox one you could choose, and i know they do an add on for your controller so you can use a 3.5 jack headset and adjust the audio and chat to what you want but then i still have the same problem of both coming through headset, any help appreciated

if your game audio came through your tv, the microphone would pick it up and constantly be transmitting the game audio an thus pissing off all your friends.
