Question playing games on tv via hdmi

The thing is i have a msi gp63 leopard laptop it has 8750h processor 1060 gpu 16 gb ddr4 ram and windows 10
the problem i am facing when i try to play games on tv i have constant stutter and lag however if i turn off intel display adapter via device manager it becomes smooth.
i want to know if i can disable that is it safe if there is a alternative please tell me

You might want to see if you have BIOS updates pending on your laptop. You might also want to see if you're on the latest drivers for both the iGPU and the discrete GPU. I'd manually uninstall and reinstall the latest drivers to be sure. Also, which version of Windows 10 are you currently on?

Running latest windows did clean install of nvidia driver from their website

1809 also bios can cause issues? How to update on msi plus where can i find latest intel drivers installed one from msi website
