Will it be okay to play games, web coding, photo or video editing using Ryzen 5 2400G on a 20 "monitor 900p ips panel ?, maybe I will upgrade the monitor if there are funds and time later.

Let's see.

Ram are ok, if the size of the pictures and videos are fairly moderate and the rendering settings configured for only 8 GB ram.
Gaming is low-medium end since it is an integrated GPU, meaning roughly 25-30 fps depending on game and settings.
Coding goes everywhere so no worries here.
