Playing on integrated i5 graphics - can it damage CPU in a long run?

Hey so I've been thinking about building PC on my own, and because I'm just a casual gamer and have a tight budget, I thought I'd try the integrated graphics. The CPU would be i5-6400 with HD 530 graphics (and buy graphics card later).

But my question is - if I stick with the integrated graphics for longer and put it under bigger pressure, couldn't it wear out too quickly? I mean, maybe I should buy better CPU cooler than the one in the box?

Thanks a lot for answers, much appreciated.

Solution
It comes with a stock cooler. If you can, I'd get the i5 6500 instead of the 6400. And yes plan on getting a gpu in the future. As a casual gamer something like a Gtx 950 would be great for you
Firstly, in no way does using the integrated gpu cause faster failure. The only way is possible higher temps. I highly recommend you buy a decent cooler right off the bat. And if you dont mind low fps, and low graphics the integrated gpu is fine, but invest in a new gpu quickly.

Thanks for clariying, I also agree with your statement.

No it won't damage your CPU as other people have stated, I will say though if you want a budget GPU get a low end AMD card like the 470 when it comes out or 370x. Also as for cooler, you don't need to upgrade but for around 30 pounds you can get a Hyper 212x which will do a much better job than a stock cooler.
