Playing PS3 in Windows?

Occasionally I come across channels on Livestream in which people are playing PS3 Games and broadcasting it live on Livestream. It isn't with a Webcam or anything, it looks like the Game is being projected right onto Livestream itself. Does anyone know how they do this?

They aren't doing it through Windows.

The closest thing we have to a PS3 emulator can't yet run commercial games, and even when it's able to, it's being coded for a Quadro 4000 / Quadro 6000, and possibly the upcoming Nvidia Titan.

Ask again in three or four years.
