Pleas help computer keeps restarting

So my PC has been acting up latlie. I don't know why but it just restarts when i am doing anything for no reason wheter i am plaing a game or just doing nothing it restarts. My CPU temps seem normal GPU temps as well my voltage is acording to my UEFI normal (that's less than 10% + - ) but there is somthing wierd my MoBo is wierdly acting couse at idle it's 46°C and uner load it's somhow 36°C it seems wierd but that's just one of the MoBo sensors. If anyone could help i would be delighted ☺ also here are my specs if that helps :
ASRock Z77 PRO4-M
I5-3570K
16GB HyperX Blue
R9 280X Club 3D
Chieftec APS-750C
WD Blue 1 TB
Samsung SSD 128GB
2x Noctua NF-F12

It could be your psu, its a no-namer, and might not be able to meet the specs that it says it can. do you have more info on your psu, such as number of rails, amps on the 12v rail(s), etc.?

I guess it is your PSU, you should get one like from corsair. It is much better

It has been god for a year and a half no problems i but now sience i biught a R9280x and installed windows 8.1 it started doing this :/ befor it restarted 1/2 a day now it just restarts every 45 mints so yah maybe it could be a PSU but even if it ia i dono howmuch wats i need yo get to my pc so i know what kind of psu i need to buy

It aperantly has 18 Amps on the 12V rails but it sais it has 4 rails whitch makes it 56Amps on 4 rails
