Hi.. I saw your post here. I've used my two HP printers for 13 yrs. They were great. I just bought the 7500A printer and photos come out muddy and dark. Sometimes if I print a simple cad drawing it takes over ten minutes to come. Sometimes, it's ten seconds. HP sent me a replacement and it's stalling on setting up, aligning print-heads... I"m SO fed up. I couldn't believe that I saw your post. Most online about the 7500A say exactly what I have experienced.
