I have a budget of RS18000 and i have decided to go with this one= Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon R9 270X with Boost OC 4 GB DDR5 Graphics Card. I play games like far cry 3, max payne 3, fifa 14 etc. Please advise.
And i am also buying a new cabinet so that it can fit the card
Advise on this too

yes, easily. That card is quite small. But all graphics cards vary in size, and for the same type of card, the Supplier (Gigabyte,MSI, Asus, Sapphire ect..) cooler length varies also, so they are never the same.
