Specs:

Motherboard: MSI Z97S SLI Krait
Processor: Intel i5 4690k (or should I wait for generation 5?)
Graphics card: Gigabyte 970 OC
PSU: Antec VP450P (Since I am not going to overclock anything soon, this will provide good efficiency I guess.)
Monitor: Dell S2440L 21.5 inch
Cabinet: Circe cc 821 (Since it’s an Indian company, Please watch these videos.

RAM: 4gb x 2 Dolgix or Hynix DDR3 1333MHz (Since MHz doesn’t matter much while gaming.)
Hard disk: WD Green 1tb

I am in really tight budget.
Thanks.

your psu have only one PCIe 6pin and the gtx 970 need two
your case have theses specs ..just verify if gpu card fit and cpu cooler too
Graphic Card length: 310MM maximum
CPU Cooler Height: 170MM maximum
''Hard disk: WD Green 1tb'' get rid of that asap
choose a dual channel ram kit 1600mhz minimum

The gigabyte 970 also have the length of 310mm and the guy from the case video measured the case its actually 320mm.
Also Gigabyte provide molex to 8 pin converter so it will be good.
For RAM please check this video and tell me if its legitimate or not

nothing new for me here...thats why i always suggest a 1866 mhz with CL9 ram for the max performence even if is minimal ...only on Z97 motherboard

but on H97 mobo a 1600 mhz CL9 is perfect ..because no overclocking

So what about this product?
