Hi I have a cyberpower gaming pc it’s big and I’m I have 3 fans in the front only no fan in the rear and I have a gtx 1080 is 3 fans 120m that I have good enough for my pc? And I have 8gb ddr4 ram

You should have at least one exhaust fan in that system.
Typically equal or more intake than exhaust is a good setup, so 2 intake 1 exhaust, or 2/2 would be ideal over 3/0.

As long as your temps are fine, it's fine. But it is an odd set up. Maybe if it originally had a FE card or something. Usually you want them about even. Intake from the front. Blowing out from the back and top. Depending on the case and parts 3 intake might be fine.
