PLEASE ANSWER - DDOS Accident

Hello, i was recently playing bo2 on pc and i met 2 boosters. I got really pissed off at them and told them to stop doing it. Then i dont know why but i told them if they keep doing it im going to ddos them and that was just pure rage because i dont even know how to do it and would never do it because its illegal. Im worried that i can get banned now for a ddos threat. Can you please tell me if its possible and how do i avoid it. I really would never do such a thing. Please answer this is my 3rd thread no one gives suggestions!

You're playing COD man people say stuff like that all the time. They probably think you're joking anyway.

If you were in the game and you noticed freezing.
Or you were shooting at them but not hitting them.
They were lag Switching in the server you were on.

This sends packets of useless data to your IP address of your machine over the open port used for multi player games.
You won`t get banned but if the guys get caught they will be banned off the server.
And or have there Xbox, Ps4 account disabled./ PC.

It happens all the time, I always say no skill so you have to cheat eh !. and laugh at them.
