I'm not sure how to be any more clear. It would be hard to find a PSU worse than this.

If I came home and saw you putting this into one of my computers, I'd call the police.

Unfortunately, a junk PSU is a junk PSU and represents an identical danger to your components whether you have a billion dollars or none. I'd be very happy if you could get a quality PSU at the cost of this one, but you cannot.

What's your hardware? If that says Smart anywhere on the PSU, it's only suitable for PCs *without* a GPU.
