I have Gateway NE56R Laptop. Its configuraton is given as:
Intel B950 Processor
2GB DDR3 Ram
320 GB HDD
Intel HD graphics
No graphic card

Can i upgrade its processor, ram, and graphic card?

Graphics card is built into the processor. The laptop can take any CPU that fits into the PGA998 socket.

Yes I forgot to mention laptop CPUs might be soldered. I recommend just upgrading the RAM.

I highly doubt you can take the processor out of your laptop, do you have a budget for the ram?

Intel Pentium 4 processor
1 GB DDR2 Ram
Asus PSKPL-AM 1N motherboard

So, I want to upgrade to :
AMD 3.7 ghz fm2 A4 6300 processor.
Graphic card minimum 1 gb

Can i do so ?

as a general rule laptops can't be changed, the parts are build for the laptop shell, ill have a look for ram now

I can't find any tech details on your laptop, so I can't find out what you laptop can handle, my advice would be start a thread in the memory section of this site and ask specifically about the ram for this laptop, sorry I can't help more, but I don't want to link you to some ram you can't use

Two different CPU's, so you cannot upgrade his CPU without changing the MB.
