one thing. you say needs to be SLI. however your selecting 660 or 7870 for GPU's

I would avoid SLI or Crossfire and instead spend the money on a better single GPU. you will use less power, get better performance all round and have better game compatibility.

Crossfire & SLI are really only recommended when you have a top spec card and want even better.

bad attitude is the best way not to get help.

I am trying to work out if the FX chip is best or an i5, i also want to know why you want a 7970 and not a 280x or 290 (newer versions)

You seem to at least have some idea of what you want so why dont you come up with a list and ask if it will work of if anyone would recommend a change.

But seeing as you cant even be bothered to answer questions from someone who is taking time out of their day to help you with your problem you may be stuck on your own.

I suggest looking at the system builder marathon's posted up on Toms and tweak it how you see fit from there.

As far as i can see you already have your mind set on CPU, Motherboard, GPU & Case (what ever a 4x5 is) so why not ask "can i please get some recommendation on a power supply, RAM and hard drives to go with this or would you suggest something different?"

ALSO: how fast a video will upload is all down to your internet speed. changing computer hardware will not have an effect unless you have INCREDIBLY fast internet.

How good your frame rate is while recording however does come into play in how fast your computer is.

here's a great tip: once you build your pc, make sure to give a wash in the bath tub. submerge it completely, you don't want any dust particles to clog up your flux capacitor
