Please can you tell cani run gtx 970 with my motherboard and psu

Can i run gtx 970 with these components :
My motherboard :biostar a55ml2
My psu is 500W
my cpu : amd amthlon II X4 750K

Your processor is far too weak for a 970. I also dont trust a "500w" psu without a name.
