Just talking about personal anxiety with socket sag since one of my mates had the DH-15 with a Z97 board a few years ago and the board actually cracked a tiny bit around the CPU socket two months after the cooler was added.
That's not my primary reason for not recommending it to other people though, 99% just because of the overkill nature of it.
The way I see it at that price point you're practically getting something like a Celsius S24/S36 already.

I have a D14 and a Z97 board and I've never seen it sag or crack. Most of the weight on gigantic coolers like that is offset by the mounting brackets.
