Hi, I'm building my first pc and think that everything checks out ok, I just want to make sure I haven't made some massive n00b error in choosing my components, if you could check it over and suggest any necessary changes I would be grateful.
Also, I'm struggling with a monitor, I can't find any 1440p 144hz or 120hz monitor for less than £560, is this right? If so is gtx 980 sli overkill for 1080p gaming? I don't want to get a 4k monitor because of the low refresh rates.
Thank you for any help, the specs are as follows
Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor
£255.54
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
£26.34

Just to clarify I'm really unsure about which monitor to get and want to make sure the pc build is good enough to run new games at high settings for a while to come.
Thanks.
