id like some opinions on some changes i can make

I'd change out the PSU to a Seasonic, XFX, Corsair (other than CX series) or Antec. For a GTX 760, a quality 500W unit would probably suffice, but if you are planning to overclock, then yes, a 600-650 watt PSU from one of the previously mentioned manufacturers would be my recommendation.
