Probably don't need the third party cooler being as it's a locked processor. The stock should be fine if ambient temperatures aren't extreme in your location.

Not sure what exact price you are paying for the PSU. But on your link it shows $99. You can get significantly better PSUs for less from what I've just check for US prices

From what I see, the case doesn't have an external 5.25 bay, meaning the DVD drive won't go in it. Other than this, the only problem is price. It is more than $500 more than it is, I'm not sure where the parts are being bought from, but wherever it is they are 50% more expensive than it should be.
