i plan on building a new system mainly for VR/Gaming. Monitor, case and PSU Cougar cmx 550w is available from the old system. I am unsure if i need a stronger PSU for the new build. Do the other parts fit together ? Was a bit unsure with the RAM clock speed. Thanks in advance !

Not sure if its strong enough...
