I have purchased this PC in 2012 February

Motherboard : Intel DH61WW
Processor : i3 2100 @3.1GHZ
RAM : 8GB (1 stick)
PSU : Bulzer 450W ( i am going to change this)

In addition i am about to buy this GPU

Nvidia 2GB GTX 760 or 750Ti or better

Now please someone give me a clarity regarding this, shall i change this or just upgrade is enough, Previously i have got mixed answers, like some say it is enough and some suggest to change entire PC

[Note : I want to play COD Blackops Series,Crysis 1,2,3, NFS and so on....all high end games]

If you're planning on playing on even Medium Range Settings, you will need to upgrade your GPU for sure, I would suggest a GTX 970 but that is a bit expensive and you may not want to pay that much. As for your processor, it will work but on med settings, but expect a bit of lag, I'd suggest upgrading that to something like an i5-4690 or better. However the motherboard and ram seem fine and will work like a charm unless they are a bit old and need replacing...

Hope this helps! :)

Actually it can support some "old gen" high end processors anywhere up to and including the Intel i7

It only supports 2nd generation Intel Core processor family in the LGA1155 socket
and it only have PCIe v2.x which doesn't support any of Gfx cards he mentioned as they require PCIe v3.x
