Anything wrong with this build?? This is for video editing for little sketches in-game and irl.. and for gaming too.

PC Build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/jHVN8d

I'm gonna play fps games that can go 7680 x 1440 60fps. It does not need to be in ultra settings, it could be in the mid settings (but for other games i'll just be using one monitor). Is it possible? Can 980 ti sli run them? Is a 6gb graphics card enough for it to run? I've seen a video in which acer represents three acer predator x34 monitors running dual 980s. Is that lacking vram or what? I'm not really good with this stuff.

I want this to be a red theme build. I'm sticking with z97 and the 4790k (I also don't want any trouble with skylake's bending problem because i may move from time to time, It's such a hassle to remove the cooler, and again I'm not good with this stuff). What should I change excluding those?

16GB or 32GB of RAM ?

Change of storage?

CPU Cooler choice?

How many fans can I get?

Change of fan controllers?

Which optical drive should i choose?

and lastly, How many watts for the psu? is 1200 watts too much?

Holy moly. That's a monster of a build. Yep, no issues there buddy, in terms of compatibility.
16 GB should do fine.
You could get a 500 GB SSD if you plan to have too many games installed.
1200 W is a bit too much, if you want to be precise. An 850 W unit will do just fine.
The number fans you can get is 5, since the case has room for 7, but you are using two slots for your CPU cooler. So you have chosen the correct amount of fans too.

Your wasting about $200 on your cpu, a amd FX-8350 will work fine. And 2 of those graphics cards are overkill, only one is necessary. Also 5 extra fans is a bit over kill only buy one or two extra. Finally like others have said a smaller power supply would work fine.
