I have 750W PSU which have 7 4pin Pheripheral Conectors.
I have to add more than 7 fans .
If there is loss in speed of fans.
And also help me where do I plase cans For effective cooling.
Maximum of Using 80mm fans.

If you look at the connectors on the fans they have a male and female connector, meaning you can connect 3-4-5 fans using only one connector off of the PSU (unless your fans have a 3 pin connector only).

I can't think of a scenario where you would need to use over 7 fans and still have good airflow but no the fan speed should not drop. You should have plenty of power to run that many small PC fans without them fighting for power.

As far as air flow here is a link to page that explains airflow.

If I remember correctly there is some good info on this site as well.

Remember, sometimes less is more with cooling. Too many fans can actually hurt performance by messing up good airflow. If your planning on using more than 7 fans I hope your case is huge and you are really good at sheet metal fabrication. Because I think you will be doing some modifications to fit that many fans and still get good airflow.

If I may ask, why are you limiting yourself to 80mm fans? 120 mm fans offer some decent advantages. Like more flow at less rpm, with means less power and less noise in most cases. Or more air flow for the same rpm. Also a larger fan can cover more area if you are using it for an exhaust.
