Coolermaster GX 650W Power Supply.

Intel Core i5-8600K Desktop Processor 6 Cores up to 4.3GHz Turbo Unlocked LGA1151 300 Series 95W BX80684i58600K

ASRock Z370 EXTREME4 Motherboard

A single 8GB DIMM really limits your processor. Some people get stuttering from an otherwise good PC. Either save more and get a matched set of two 8GB DIMMs or get two 4GB DIMMs now. Don't get a single DIMM because you can "add in the future". There is no guarantee that any RAM you add in the future will work with you existing RAM.

Two single DIMMs is not the same as buying a two DIMM kit. There is no guarantee of compatibility when buying discrete DIMMs.
