"Please complete the security check"

As of today, out of nowhere I get this "Please complete the security check" for many sites I daily enter

Been googling it quick and no solution makes sense/works for me really, I have searched for viruses and stuff, but nothing works

How do i fix this? Its very annoying with captcha and that crap for regular websites

Ate you using same computer, same login, same browser?

Same computer, nothing changed, no suspicious activity (havent even downloaded illegally for a long time now)
Same browser.

ONLY thing that I noticed is different is that "Who deleted me" extension for Chrome is bugged, I have the extension, its activated yet in their homepage they tell me to activate it
